Never let your inner child die
...but how?
Being a “professional” simply means “being paid.” Therefore, to fit the legal definition of “professional” in any industry, all you need is one sincere paying customer, sponsor, fan, or patron.
Meanwhile, the term “pro-gamer” simply means “professional gamer.” So to be legally and legitimately classified as one, you simply need to make money from gaming, and there are so many different ways to do that.
Perhaps your style is winning pool money by demonstrating elite skill in tournaments and seasonal brackets. Perhaps it is charismatic showmanship and personality while streaming. There are many styles and all of them work, because everyone is different, with their own strengths and their own weaknesses.
So we built our own brackets, ladder, server and profile creator, with which you can become exactly that. We are starting with StarCraft: Brood War and will move on to a wide variety of other games that you love.
In the OPLeague, we want you to officially, legally and legitimately fulfill your dream of becoming a genuine pro-gamer, even if you only play part-time, or as a hobby.
We provide everything you need. All you need to do is build your personal brand.
