How it works
Set up once, about fifteen minutes. Then every bracket is three clicks.
Subscribers only
The downloads and Nova are behind the subscription
The client pack, the league network ID and every version of Nova come with a paid subscription at five dollars a month. A free account can watch every replay, keep a profile and back other players. It cannot download anything or reach the network.
Get the classic client
We play on the original game build, not the modern re-release. It runs offline, needs no account, and sits in its own folder so anything you already have installed is untouched.
- Download the league client pack from the link we email you
- Unzip it anywhere, no installer and no CD key
- Launch it once to check it reaches the main menu
Join the private LAN
The classic game only finds opponents on a local network. ZeroTier makes a private one across the internet, so your PC and ours behave as if they are in the same room.
- Install ZeroTier One, it is free and takes a minute
- Join the league network with the ID from your welcome email
- Tell us your device shows up, we approve it the same day
- Allow the game through your firewall when Windows asks
Play your bracket
Show up at the posted start time. The host creates the game and everyone joins from the local network list. Maps download by themselves.
- Open Multiplayer, then the local network option
- Pick the host game from the list and take your slot
- Play your series, then report the score in Discord
- Replays post to the results page within a day
What you need

- We authorize your device once, then it is permanent

- Discord, optional but recommended for check-in

- Anything from the last fifteen years will do
The remaster will not work
This catches everyone once. The modern re-release of these games uses a different network layer and cannot see a league game. You need the classic build, and it is free to run alongside whatever you already own.
